Natural rubber processing is extensively labor-intensive starting from latex collection to final export packing. In one of its stages these rubber sheets are stacked together for easy transportation. To meet export requirement these packed bundles has to be separated for inspection, cleaning, cleaning and repacked. To separate rubber sheets that are already in bundles requires a lot of manual effort.
We have designed and developed a machine for an exporter to make this task easy and productive. This was the first step for further automation in cleaning and cutting of impurities. This machine can separate bundled sheets easily and less effort is required thus increase productivity and overall cost. This machine works with compressed air and small hydraulic lift. Its a micro controller based system with semi automatic functions.
